The opportunity
We are looking for an R&D Engineer to join the Technology team of Capacitors and Surge Arresters. In this role you aim to develop cost competitive products with best-in-class technology and quality for Capacitors.

How you’ll make an impact
- Engineer role in the design and development of high voltage capacitors
- Maintain global master data.
- Qualify new Supplier, Materials, technologies and production processes
- Lead and/or contribute to R&D projects with planning, execution, analyses and documentation
- Lead and/or Participate in the transfer of new Products and new manufacturing processes to the factories
- Write tutorial, guidelines, test procedures and reports
- Deliver high-quality results on time
- Work with a global R&D team ensuring knowledge sharing, timely and high-quality deliverables
- Quality issue resolutions
- Create ideas and proposals for new R&D projects
Your background
- University degree in material science, chemistry, physics or electrical engineering
- Experience in the development of High voltage Capacitors is a merit
- Openness for new challenges and interest to learn and develop
- Team spirit with the capacity to work independently complemented by well-developed analytical skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Swedish and other languages is meritorious
