Join our Customer Identity Platform team, where we enable secure and compliant access to our banking services and make it easy for customers to identify themselves with confidence.

We are now looking for a Senior Backend/Fullstack Developer who thrives on complex challenges and wants to play a key role in building and scaling critical platforms like AML/KYC, and Customer Master.

Get an idea of the role
As a developer in our team, you will:

🚀 Be part of an agile product team that values quality, fast feedback, and continuous improvement

⚙️ Focus heavily on backend development, working with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Postgres db / Mongodb, GitHub, Elastic and AWS

📦 Design and build scalable services and APIs that support millions of secure interactions

🧠 Contribute to architectural solutions

🤝 Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other teams to deliver secure and compliant identity services

On a personal level
You are passionate about backend development and care deeply about building robust, scalable, and secure systems. You're also excited about being part of a team with a real impact on customer trust and safety.

We believe you:

✓ Have 5+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development

✓ Are comfortable working with modern backend stacks and cloud platforms

✓ Understand secure system design and data protection

✓ Have experience or strong interest in solution architecture

✓ Are a team player who enjoys taking ownership and driving initiatives

✓ Are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
