We are seeking a DevOps / Release Engineer to join Property Tech team and help bridge the gap between development, operations, and security. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and release machinery that powers our digital product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and is passionate about continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable software delivery.
• Knowledge of service mesh, API gateways, or microservice architectures.

• Experience with security practices in DevOps (DevSecOps).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Master of infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP / Azure).
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or related engineering role.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Support incident response and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions ( Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Ensure security best practices across infrastructure, deployments, and secrets management (Vault).
• Manage cloud environments (GCP & Azure) including networking, scaling, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with developers to improve build processes, deployments, and observability.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools Terraform.
