What you’ll do
As a data consultant at one of Europe’s fastest-growing consultancies, you will:

• Translate technical data issues into business terms and ensure that data systems are aligned with business objectives and drive value
• Work side by side with skilled and experienced colleagues and clients to solve complex challenges for Danish and international companies across industries
• Design and build scalable ETL pipelines to support our clients’ data integration and transformation needs
• Use cutting-edge tools and technologies like Databricks, Azure and Fabric to create meaningful solutions for our clients and deliver solutions using CI/CD best practices
• Develop data models and architectures that enable efficient querying, reporting and analysis for complex organisations
• Drive clarity not only around the “how”, but also the “why” for data engineering solutions

What we’re looking for
We want someone who is not only skilled but also committed to personal and professional growth. To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A consulting mindset with the ability to communicate and collaborate with clients off- and on-site (since we work with both international and Danish clients, proficiency in Danish is a plus)

• A master’s degree and at least five years of experience as a data engineer or a similar role with hands-on experience in Databricks, Fabric and the wider Azure ecosystem for Data & AI
• A solid theoretical foundation in data modelling and architecture, combined with practical experience and an understanding of core modelling concepts such as Star schema and Data Vault
• Experience with data extraction tools (ADF, Fivetran, DLTHub, Lakeflow Connect) and data transformation languages (SQL and/or PySpark)
• Familiarity with Git version control, DevOps, MLOps pipelines, CI/CD and test automation
• A commitment to continuous professional and personal development, including a willingness to take relevant certifications and actively participate in professional networking

Technical skills and certifications we love
