As our new Marketing Data Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our global marketing efforts, owning and optimizing the way we use data across the entire customer journey.

Your role and daily life in global marketing
Be the data champion in our marketing team!
You’ll manage, apply, monitor, and interpret marketing data to support FOSS’s strategy. You’ll work closely with HQ and our Sales & Service Subsidiaries (SSSs), as well as our digital experts, to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing data in our CRM systems to ensure compliance and high quality.
• Applying tools and insights to improve segmentation, targeting, and execution.
• Monitoring funnel performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Interpreting trends and patterns to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborating with colleagues in a dynamic, cross-functional digital team.

You’ll work with the full FOSS marketing data value chain, including:

• Salesforce/Pardot and SAP for data quality and compliance.
• Segmentation and targeting.
• Lead opportunity management, nurturing, and qualification.
• Reporting, planning, and educating teams across HQ and SSSs.

What you bring
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years’ experience working with marketing data and turning insights into action.
• Has hands-on experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing automation, and proven implementation of AI for data analysis and processing in real-world marketing workflows.
• Understands GDPR and data governance.
• Communicates insights clearly and collaborates across teams.
• Is proactive, structured, and curious about improving how things work and how crunched data can provide insights for better marketing.
• Our corporate language is English, so written and spoken fluency is a prerequisite
• Experience with our tech stack is a plus: Salesforce (Marketing App, Analytics Studio, segmentation tools), Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), SAP CRM, Qlikview, Power BI, SQL, G4, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Extellio, Web CMS and MS Office.
