Full Stack Developer

Location: Poland (Warsaw / Remote within Poland)
Type: 12 Month Contract (with option to extend)

In the role as Full Stack Developer in our Digital Experience team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will help design, build, and maintain customer-facing digital services and solutions that power GN’s global brands. You’ll work closely with cross-functional experts to deliver robust, scalable, and intelligent digital solutions that elevate user experience and business impact.

The team you will be part of
Your new role places you within our innovative Digital Experience team, which includes proficient developers, designers, and digital experts working together on several GN brands. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications across multiple GN brands and platforms
• Build and optimize front-end experiences using Contentful and Sitecore CMS
  
• Integrate and experiment with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows and enhance code quality
• Work together with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers throughout GN to create effective, user-focused solutions
• Architect and implement scalable APIs and backend services
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and continuous integration
• Contribute to technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Are a skilled Full Stack Developer comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js (or other related frameworks)
• Are experienced in .NET (C#) for backend development
• Are familiar with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Understand both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
• Have experience deploying and managing workloads on Kubernetes and working with Docker.
  
• Collaborate effectively in cross-functional, multi-brand environments and communicate clearly
• Are motivated by emerging technologies, automation, and continuous improvement.

It is beneficial if you also:

• Have experience with headless CMS architecture
• Have worked with Contentful or Sitecore CMS integrations
• Are familiar with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar eCommerce platforms
• Have a background in e-commerce, media, or enterprise-scale platforms.
