We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Project Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Someone who is proactive, creative, and motivated by making an impact in the fertility field. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and play a key part in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive growth, support our sales teams, and strengthen our brand across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement B2B/B2C marketing strategies targeting fertility clinics and key partners

• Support sales teams by defining marketing requirements, briefing internal and external teams, and

ensuring deliverables meet objectives

• Plan, execute, and oversee campaigns, projects, and events, both digital and offline

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal SOPs and industry regulations

• Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Measure, analyse, and optimise marketing performance to continuously improve results

• Maintain control over marketing content, campaigns, and collateral to ensure consistent quality

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for someone with solid experience in B2B/B2C marketing and the skills to create measurable impact. Experience in fertility, MedTech, healthcare, or Life Science is an advantage, but we also welcome candidates from other industries who bring innovative perspectives and strong marketing expertise.

• A well-developed commercial and business-oriented mindset

• Technical and regulatory literacy to navigate complex frameworks

• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

• Able to set clear objectives and take ownership of outcomes

• Data-driven and digitally fluent, capable of optimising marketing performance
