Upright Music is looking for a dedicated & proactive Polish speaking Client Relations & Music Creative to be a part of our amazing Polish team.

Upright Music is an independent sync music agency, specialized in providing music for all kinds of audiovisual productions and film produced within the Nordics, the Baltics and Poland. We are headquartered in Copenhagen, but have a growing presence in the Polish market and an office in the Centre of Warsaw.

The job
The primary responsibility will be to initiate and establish new client relations as well as develop and strengthen existing relations within the Polish TV, advertising, digital, documentary and film industry.

The job also includes being a part of our music research and licensing team doing music researches for our clients and handling client projects delivering great music solutions to our clients.

Primary tasks

• Grow our client base – research, initiate and establish new client relations through client pitches, meetings, presentations, etc.

• Research new client opportunities – segmentation of the market and identifying business opportunities

• Client relations – develop and strengthen existing client relations

• Music searches for clients and delivering great solutions on time

• Adhoc - various administrative tasks related to sales, promotion and music licensing

You have experience from the creative media industry or the Music industry, and have a desire to work in the intersection of the two – where music meet pictures.You thrive in an international and competitive environment and want to contribute to the further development of Upright Music’s strong position in the market.

You like challenges, are structured, and work well under pressure, as the tasks are numerous, and deadlines can be tight.

• You have extensive and broad music knowledge and a deep passion for music (ideally in combination with moving images (sync))

• You are a native Polish speaker, and also communicate effortlessly in English (Both verbally and in writing)

• Experience from or working with the Polish TV, advertising, digital, documentary and film industry and/or music business is of advantage

You will join a team of 5 employees in our Polish team and will gain 30+ colleagues outside of Poland – mainly in Copenhagen.

The role is based in our office in the heart of Warsaw.
