Internship in Direct Procurement
The Procurement department is a strong integrated partner to the business, and we are focusing on developing and creating sustainable solutions for our customers, stakeholders and procurement in general. With a broad exposure to the whole business, you’ll have the opportunity to impact the tasks and outcome in close collaboration with the rest of the organisation and team.

Direct Procurement focuses on sourcing the critical goods that keep our ferries running - like fuel, spare parts, technical equipment and port related agreements. As we are on a transformative journey to decarbonise our fleet and operations, our team also works with strategies to support our transition from fossil- to green, sustainable fuels.

As we believe in giving our interns meaningful opportunities, you’ll work on exciting, challenging projects matching business needs and your personal interests - giving you hands-on experience in the interesting field of procurement.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Spend and supplier analysis
• Market research
• Change management activities, and business improvement projects
• Contract negotiation participation
• Support to Category Manager and Sourcing Manager in running projects and tenders
• Main driver of an identified project according to our 7-step procurement process.

About you
Are you eager to deepen your knowledge in the field of direct procurement, and do you have a strong work ethic and passion for learning? Then this internship is for you!

Additionally, we are looking for you who have:

• A positive mindset, also in dynamic periods
• A desire to make an impact, share your ideas and learn from others
• An eye for structure and keeping things on track
• Good collaboration skills, excited to contribute to an international organisation alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Furthermore, you are:

• Studying BSc International Shipping & Trade at Copenhagen Business School, ready to intern from September 2026
• A natural problem solver, when working individually and in a team
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in your work
• Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
