Sales Director – Northern Europe

Leadership and development of sales in Northern Europe
As Sales Director, Northern Europe, you will have overall responsibility for the management and development of a sales department consisting of 10 employees. You will be responsible for both daily operations and strategic development, ensuring accelerated growth and strengthening DAFA’s position in the market across different industries.
In this role, you will
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to ensure both professional growth and high performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including budget, forecast, and KPI follow-up.
- Drive DAFA’s aggressive growth agenda by identifying and realizing new business opportunities across the DAFA Group.
- Drive Commercial Excellence by optimizing processes and making margin-based decisions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across Northern Europe.
- Create stability, clarity, and direction in your department.
International sales background from the wind industry
You bring solid experience from an international B2B sales role within the wind industry, combined with proven leadership skills and preferably a background in change management. You can work at both a strategic and operational level while also taking an active role in big key accounts. In addition, you hold a relevant commercial education and have preferably a technical background. You have a strong growth-oriented mindset and digital skills.
You are resilient, persistent, and results-driven. You are a strong relationship builder who creates long-term partnerships and thrives in a flat, collaborative organization with high agility.
