Senior Network Advisor – Security

We are looking for an experienced Network Advisor to join our network advisory team in Ballerup, Odense, Århus or Ålborg.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Network Advisor
You will play the key, strategic role, acting as a link between our network Advisory team, our customer, our delivery organization, and external business partners.

As a Senior Network Advisor, you will be attending many client meetings, and it will be your responsibility to recognize and understand customers’ commercial needs, and in cooperation with the Aeven Advisory specialists, offer stable network solutions meeting the expected quality.

You will:

• Act as trusted advisor and Network Advisor for customers’ projects.
• Have end-to-end responsibility for network architecture provided to customers.
• Participate in network projects as a lead engineer and implementor.
• Have a presales role in BIDs and new projects
• Evaluate our solutions’ change requests and use them in a more tactical and strategic context.
• Transform our customers’ needs into well-documented solutions

Your qualifications
You have a strong technical background in network infrastructure, and you can cover most of the technical domain within Network security.

You have:

• Relevant and adequate work experience and education (at least 10 years).
• Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in understanding designing Enterprise IT solutions.
• Experience with technical project management.
• Professional approach and extensive experience within network solution design.
• Deep knowledge of several of the below technologies:
  • SGT (Security Group Tags);
  • Zero-trust technologies like Zscaler, Cisco NDR, Microsegmentation etc
  • Cisco Firewalls (ASA, Firepower)
  • Palo Alto suite
  • Cisco ACI;
  • NXOS, CatOS and Cisco IOS System Software;
  • MPLS, WAN;
  • OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS.

This will work to your advantage if you have deep experience with IT outsourcing, from a customer or supplier perspective, as well as acting as a consultant.

You can manage complex communication and negotiations from different perspectives and interests. Regardless of your background, the right drive and passion for creating strong relationships with our stakeholders is what we are looking for.

You will be supported by a broad range of Aeven specialists, so you will gain knowledge of technologies that you are less familiar with. You must be able to adopt new technologies to benefit our customers immediately.

This position requires partly physical presence in Ballerup, Odense, Århus or Ålborg, partly physical presence at the customer and also ability to work from home every now and then.

CCIE level certification is a must in the technologies you advance in.
