As our new Senior Front-End Engineer, you'll be working from our HQ in Vejle or our smaller office in Copenhagen, contributing to revolutionizing how vehicles are transacted in the digital era. Your expertise will be vital in designing responsive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user interaction within the automotive industry.

As a Senior Front-End Engineer and part of our Client Chapter, you will have the autonomy to explore emerging technologies, create innovative solutions, and cater for our users’ experience. Your efforts in streamlining modern car trading will affect how auto dealers connect with our platform and enable them to do business.

Let's dive into your key responsibilities, you will

• Collaborate in an agile, international environment with experienced developers, designers, and product experts — working both independently and as part of a cross-functional squad
• Contribute to the end-to-end implementation of our customer-facing front-end solutions, delivering real value to users through thoughtful design and development
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end components using modern frameworks, best practices, and design patterns
• Take ownership of your squad’s domain, ensuring solutions are tailored to user needs and aligned with product goals
• Support and maintain a live platform by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving performance issues and bugs
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed, usability, and scalability
• Apply creative and technical problem-solving to enhance platform growth, user experience, and continuous improvement

The need-to-have skills

• Strong experience and coding skills within HTML, CSS/SCSS and TypeScript to enable front-end and back-end solutions to connect and exchange data
• Strong hands-on experience and coding skills working with various frameworks for building solid and scalable web solutions
• Good communication skills and fluency in business English (spoken and written)
• Used to working with agile practices and ways of working
• Identify areas for own personal development
• Mentor and coach co-workers on topics that you master.

The nice-to-have skills

• Experience working with module federation
• Experience with Vue.js or similar frameworks
• Experience with using, building, and maintaining Design Systems and Component Libraries
• Hands-on experience working with React Native for Mobile APP solutions (iOS and Android)
• Experience coaching and mentoring other colleagues
