We are seeking two interns for our headquarter in Nørresundby, Denmark - a dedicated Business Services & Global Recruitment intern and a dedicated intern in Global C&B operations & HR processes & analytics.
As an intern at DESMI, you will gain hands-on experience in key HR functions. You will work alongside a fun and supportive team who value professionalism but never miss a chance for a good laugh.

What you will do as a Business Services and Global Recruitment Intern:
- Help in Recruitment Support (Posting job ads, arranging profile tests etc.)
- Help in Hire-to-retire HR administrative and operational support
- Help in Handling incoming requests in person, by phone or through our shared HR mailbox
- Possible course or education registration and handling of anniversaries and other special days
- Help in diverse ad-hoc HR related operational support
- Assist the recruitment professionals with execution of internal Employer Branding and Well-being initiatives, strengthening the well-being and loyalty, while promoting cultural consistency and employee engagement across DESMI
What you will do as intern in Global C&B operations, HR Processes & Analytics
- Help and assist our specialist in implementation of Global HR Processes
- Help in the planning and execution of Pulse Survey
- Help with diverse ad-hoc P&O data tasks and needed people & org. analytics material
- Help in driving and implementation of smaller digitalization projects – like digitalized exit surveys, quality of hire surveys, etc.
- Help with structuring, maintaining and developing HR data globally
- Help our HRBPs on administrative/operational HRBP related tasks
- Help our HRBPs with administrative/operational tasks in on- and offboarding according to HR politics
What we expect from you:
You are studying business, communications, or another relevant field and have a genuine passion for Human Resources. You should be fluent in English and have an interest in businessdriven HR.
Furthermore:
To succeed in the role of Business Services and Global Recruitment Intern, you should be comfortable working with MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. We value curiosity, creativity, and a can-do attitude, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be willing to take on routine tasks with enthusiasm and bring an innovative mindset to everything you do. Previous HR experience is a bonus but not required - what matters most is your drive, potential, and eagerness to learn.
To succeed in the role as intern in Global C&B operations, HR processes & analytics, you should have a flair for numbers and have a strong business mindset and an analytical approach, be comfortable working with systems and data, and bring a structured, methodical way of thinking. If you consider yourself an Excel mastermind with a natural curiosity for structure, systems and analytics, you will fit right in.
Compensation:
Please note that this is an unpaid internship. However, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in Human Resources while working with a dedicated team at DESMI.
