Do you have a successful track record selling high-end design furniture? Are you ambitious, goal oriented and experienced executing sales strategies? Then you might be the person, we are looking for.
Our growth ambitions are high, and we are looking for an Area Manager to grow and improve our position in Norway.
Your challenges:
You are passionate about high-end design furniture and architecture, and your main responsibility will be to create growth and to strengthen our market position in Norway. Carl Hansen & Son’s products are outstanding, and your tasks will be focused on all sales activities including market positioning strategies, building strong customer relations as well as marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will be working with both the Wholesale segment and B2B projects from your base in or nearby Oslo.
We expect that you create a strong market position in the region and that you fulfil goals and expectations.
You will be part of the Nordic sales team and report directly to Head of Nordic Sales in Denmark. The company’s headquarters with production and back up departments is placed in Denmark.
Your qualifications:
You have 3-5 years’ experience within selling high-end design furniture or equivalent products, and you have a proven track record of performance results. It’s essential that you have a well-developed network in the market and that you know how to grow strong long-term customer relations.
As a person we expect you to be positive, ambitious, result oriented and persistent. You are business minded, and you thrive on working in a growth-oriented company. You have a strong drive, and you work proactively and possess good communication skills. Fluency in English is an advantage, and you probably live in or nearby Oslo.
