Job Description
Turner & Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Data Centre sector globally. Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in the Nordics area we are currently recruiting for experienced Assistant Document Controller to join our Data Centre team in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a key interface, maintaining a comprehensive overview of all information and documentation processes.
- Structure and organize efficient end-to-end processes among all stakeholders, including internal departments, external planning teams, and project management.
- Coordinate all project documents, documentation, and manuals.
- Ensure the quality of documents, create master lists, and facilitate the exchange of information and data maintenance.
- Review and update technical documents
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably with a technical background;
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- At least 3 years of practical experience in document management within the construction industry
- Strong analytical, structural, and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively at all levels
- High affinity for IT, ideally with experience in document management systems
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
- Availability for on-site work
