About the role
For our planning department in DNV Business Assurance Denmark, we are looking for a planner in a temporary position.

The planning department consists of a team of 6 people working closely together to ensure that we make the best use of our resources (auditors). The planning department forms part of the customer service department that takes care of the company's administrative processes, including certificate issuance, contract handling, and system updates.

DNV has experienced good growth in the certification business over the past few years. One of the main reasons for our success as a certification body is our ability to attract highly competent staff and match the auditors with our clients’ needs.

As our planner, these tasks are included in your role:

• Planning audits - overall and in detail
• Composing competent audit teams
• Agreeing on dates and planning with customers
• Information and dialogue with the Team Leader of the audit
• Close dialogue with our sales team
• Fielding planning-related questions from customers

About you
We expect that you possess the following characteristics and qualifications:

• You have a strong customer focus
• You might have experience from a similar position: It may be that you have experience in designing and working with production planning.
• You work systematically and are strong on the use of IT to support the systematics. You are the type of person who follows up and takes responsibility for the tasks until they are resolved.
• You take pride in understanding the customer needs and finding solutions to meet them.
• You work independently, keep calm, and dare to make decisions.
• You are outgoing, clear in your communications, and are good at collaboration - both internally and externally.
• You thrive on complex planning tasks, where many parameters come into play: some are mandatory requirements, while others are conditions that must be balanced with each other depending on the case. There is rarely one correct solution.
• Good, fluent Danish and English skills. The corporate language is English.
