As Director of Digital Sales & Wholesale eCommerce Enablement, you will set the strategic direction and drive execution across our digital sales channels. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on enablement — empowering both internal teams and external partners to succeed in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving digital growth and transformation within Danfoss Climate Solutions. You will

• Develop and implement the digital sales strategy across wholesale, eCommerce, EDI, autonomous commerce (AI), and Amazon.
• Enable and support wholesale partners to strengthen their eCommerce capabilities — making it easier, faster, and more valuable to do business with Danfoss.
• Lead and inspire an international team of digital specialists focused on online acquisition, conversion, and customer experience.
• Drive performance on eCommerce platforms and Amazon, ensuring product visibility, conversion optimization, and commercial impact.
• Collaborate across a global matrix — aligning with sales, marketing, IT, and product teams to ensure unified and excellent execution.
• Own and continuously improve key digital tools and platforms such as the Climate Solutions Product Store, Design Center, EDI infrastructure, Autonomous Commerce solutions, selectors, and partner interfaces.
• Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes and continuously enhance performance through data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a leader who can combine strategic vision with operational execution. You bring:

• Proven experience in digital sales and eCommerce, ideally within a B2B or wholesale-driven environment.
• A strong track record in enabling and elevating digital partner ecosystems.
• Experience leading international teams in a matrix organization and navigating multiple stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of customer journeys and digital commerce best practices (CRO, UX, analytics).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions that improve performance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both teams and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
