As our new Relationship Manager in the Sales/ Commercial team in Singapore, you’ll experience an open and knowledge driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. Here you will be empowered to make an impact every day.
In this role you will support the team in determining and delivering clients’ accounts and future relationships, business opportunities and solutions that meet clients’ needs. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions as well as maintaining existing accounts. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with our Commercial Team, Client Solutions, Product, KYC and Onboarding Compliance, Client Services and other key stakeholders daily.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

- Manage an allocated portfolio of existing clients and understand clients’ business needs and priorities
- Provide cash management and treasury solutions to existing BC clients and to drive revenue growth
- Building and executing client plan
- Cultivating and maintain relationships with clients
- Develop thorough company and product knowledge
- Ensure high quality communication to clients
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have 5+ years of experience with account or relationship management, preferably within payments, banking, acquiring, or the merchant division of a major financial services company. A proven track record of managing and growing high-value brands or accounts would be highly beneficial.
You have experience in supporting and growing high-value brands or accounts with a focus on revenue generation and upsell opportunities. You should be adept at identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive additional revenue streams from existing clients.
As a person you are an ambitious and results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
