About the role
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you’re not just a planner—you’re a doer. You take pride in executing projects with precision, guiding others along the way, and making sure every detail is handled with care. You’re not afraid to challenge, coach, and nudge others to keep things moving forward, always with the bigger picture in mind.
In this role, you are at the center of the marketing organization, working closely with your marketing colleagues, sales, product management, and internal domain experts. This role requires a understanding of the logistics industry and a modern B2B go-to-market approach.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales presentations and sales support material
- Coordinate sales enablement activities and keep the intranet up to date
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of market trends
- Organize and coordinate user webinars and events that bring our community together
- Collaborate on go-to-market projects with the team and product organization.
- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, activities, and go-to-market projects
- Create and execute plans for Astro Go WMS campaigns, webinars, and other activities
- Track and ensure that leads are followed up
Your profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Product Management, or as a Project Leader/Consultant
- Background in a B2B product or software company
- A proactive approach—gets things done on time and with quality
- Experience working in an international environment
- A proven track record in content creation, sales tools, and marketing assets is a plus
- Tech-curious—eager to learn and understand new technologies
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and across different countries
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear and compelling messaging
- Known for being structured, organized, and driving projects efficiently
- Excellent English writing skills and fluent in English.
- Experience in supply chain and warehouse management is a bonus, but not a requirement.
