Keeping creativity on track and partnerships in check

From global brand campaigns to quick-turn social content, you’ll manage end-to-end production processes across multiple formats, including photo, video, digital, print, and retail activations. You’ll play a key role in executing ECCO’s creative vision across every consumer touchpoint, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment in everything we deliver.

You’ll join our Global Marketing organisation in the Brand Creative and Production team in Copenhagen. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration is key. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Production and Creative Operations and the Senior Producer, acting as the central hub for creative production. Occasional travel will be part of bringing campaigns to life and connecting with creative partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Planning and overseeing multi-format content production, maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.

· Collaborating with procurement to secure cost-effective solutions, negotiate competitive rates, and manage vendor agreements and contracts.

· Monitoring budgets and spending, generating and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout.

· Coordinating timelines, scopes, and resources across internal teams and external partners to drive projects to completion.

· Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Success means seeing productions through from the initial brief to final asset delivery, on time and within budget.

You’re an excellent communicator who is driven by juggling multiple priorities

· Solid experience in creative production or a similar role, managing both large-scale and quick-turn productions.

· Strong organisational and project management skills with a proactive mindset.

· Confidence in negotiation and financial oversight, including budget tracking and cost analysis.

· Ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks and communicate effectively in English.

· Understanding of creative processes and the ability to steer projects in the right direction.
