The Role
You will own Teton’s finance operations end-to-end and ensure leadership has accurate, timely financial data to run the business. This is a hands-on role that combines bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, and operational finance across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working roughly half your time on hands-on operational tasks and half the time on FP&A / strategy work.

Operational tasks include:

• Perform day-to-day accounting for the group and handle month close
• Own accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Run payroll across DK/UK/US/CH using Deel and Light ERP
• Improve and automate finance workflows as we scale

Strategic and analysis tasks include:

• Do management reporting, and based on input from leadership, adjust our budget
• Perform analyses on burn, spend and revenue to guide allocation on spend, ensuring optimal growth

What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely fit the role, if your profile fits all or most of these:

• MSc in Accounting with 2+ years experience, or BSc with 5+ years experience
• Solid experience handling accounting in a multi-entity or international setup
• Someone who takes pride in getting the fundamentals right every month
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality — no loose ends
• Enjoys building your skillset (e.g. expanding toward FP&A areas, automation, or business intelligence as we grow)
