Are you our next SoMe & Influencer Specialist to drive growth in the English-speaking markets?
Are you passionate about social media, creative storytelling, and finding new ways to drive leads through unconventional B2B marketing? This is your chance to build and scale new marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads across the English-speaking markets (US, UK, etc.). You’ll be part of our Marketing team in Aarhus and work closely with our CMO to push the boundaries of what’s possible in B2B social and influencer marketing.

What you will do:
This is a creative and experimental role where you’ll take ownership of identifying, testing, and scaling new SoMe and influencer channels that generate real business results. You’ll work both strategically and hands-on - creating campaigns, building partnerships, and tracking performance to ensure we turn awareness into leads.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Ownership & Execution
- Drive Plecto’s presence across social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and podcasts.
- Identify and manage collaborations with creators and influencers who reach our target audiences - from sales leaders and coaches to productivity experts and business influencers.
- Build and maintain influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with Plecto’s brand and performance goals.
- Plan, produce, and publish high-performing content across channels (in collaboration with our content and design teams).
Campaign Development & Optimization
- Create SoMe campaigns that build awareness and engagement while driving qualified leads to our website and trial signups.
- Test and optimize content formats, messages, and partnerships to find scalable acquisition opportunities.
- Experiment with new trends, tools, and formats that can make Plecto stand out in the B2B landscape.
Analytics & Performance
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI across all social and influencer channels.
- Use insights and data to continuously improve performance and contribute to the broader marketing funnel.
- Work closely with the CMO and Sales team to ensure campaign results align with business objectives and pipeline targets.

Required Experience
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in social media, influencer, or content marketing - ideally within B2B SaaS or tech (but not a demand).
- Channel Experience: Proven track record managing creative campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and/or podcast collaborations.
- Lead Generation: Experience turning engagement and reach into measurable business results.
- Tech Savvy: Skilled with social tools, analytics, and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish or other languages are a plus.
