Process and AI Solutions Specialist

Are you ready to support AI-driven innovation and process optimization across a global organization? Stibo Software Group is looking for a Process and AI Solutions Specialist to join our AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE), driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and operational efficiency.

This is the role and main tasks
You will be an integral part of the newly created AI CoE team, collaborating with stakeholders to identify, map, and optimize business processes for AI-driven improvements. After a thorough introduction, you will lead initiatives that translate business needs into actionable AI solutions and oversee early-stage AI/ML implementations.

Your main tasks will be:

• Systematically identify, analyze, and map business processes across units.
• Document current-state workflows and define future-state processes enabled by AI.
• Translate mapped process needs into actionable AI solution designs.
• Prioritize and manage a backlog of AI initiatives aligned with mapped process improvements.
• Design, prototype, and implement early-stage AI/ML solutions using Microsoft technologies (Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform, etc.).
• Act as product owner for targeted AI initiatives, ensuring technical rigor, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process documentation is accurate and actionable.
• Manage incoming AI-related requests and coordinate with technical teams.
• Oversee development and refinement of AI pilots, including IT Helpdesk First Line of Support and Hybrid Intelligent Risk Assessment.
• Support functions in selecting appropriate AI tools and building clear use cases and business justification.

You will be part of our AI Center of Excellence, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally. The AI CoE is responsible for driving enterprise-wide AI adoption, innovation, and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a someone who thrives at the intersection of business analysis, process mapping, and technical solution development. You have a passion for AI, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex business processes.

Moreover, you must have:

• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, business process analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft technology stack to identify and assess opportunities for AI/ML implementation within business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive consensus among diverse teams.
