Empower operational excellence across global manufacturing sites

At BioMar, we are looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Consultant to elevate efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across our global manufacturing sites. You’ll collaborate closely with local teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, upskill colleagues, and foster a strong culture of manufacturing excellence.

Shape the future of manufacturing at BioMar
As our Manufacturing Excellence Consultant, you’ll be a key driver in strengthening performance and consistency across our 17 global manufacturing sites. You’ll help local teams adopt and work with our BioMar Manufacturing Platform (BMP), ensuring high equipment uptime, sustainable operations, and standardized practices.

Your role will be hands-on and collaborative, guiding teams through implementation and updates, and supporting them during critical phases like commissioning and hypercare. You’ll also play a vital part in identifying improvement opportunities and sharing best practices across borders.

• Orchestrate and guide process and system-related changes and updates across global manufacturing sites
• Provide operational support with a strong focus on collaboration and people
• Facilitate training and upskilling to ensure successful implementation of our BMP
• Assist in the commissioning and hypercare phases through onsite and virtual sessions
• Maintain and improve training documentation to reflect current standards and ensure compliance
• Contribute to performance reviews by analyzing data, identifying gaps, and helping implement sustainable improvements

You’ll be part of our Global Manufacturing & Technology function, reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing Excellence. The team operates across several countries, and the right candidate can be based at any of our BioMar locations in Europe.

The role includes approximately 50–60 travel days per year to support projects and collaborate with teams worldwide.

Bring your expertise to empower teams and drive performance
You bring a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and a strong track record in driving change – ideally in international environments. Your structured approach and ability to bring clarity make you a trusted partner across sites and you naturally engage people in change. You bring strong motivation to help others to succeed, and you excel at facilitating training and learning activities.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams, stakeholders, functions and cultures
• Experience in training, upskilling, and supporting process/system changes and/or rollouts
• Ability to maintain and improve training materials and operational procedures
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma

Familiarity with AVEVA production software is a plus.
