IT Lead for Financing Business Tribe

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead for our Financing Businesses Tribe, which holds end-to-end responsibility for the corporate financing journey. This established tribe focuses on major projects like the One Corporate Financing Journey and Future Financing, utilizing Gen AI to innovate and enhance financial solutions and customer experiences.

As part of our tribe, you will be at the forefront of implementing Data-Driven Financing Solutions, collaborating closely with business and functional specialists, developers, and designers in a mature agile setup. Our tribe members are located across the Nordic countries, Lithuania, and India, creating a rich, diverse, and inclusive work environment. The role as IT Lead
As an IT Lead (SVP), you will co-lead the tribe alongside a Tribe Lead, playing a crucial role in defining our architectural framework and leading our technological initiatives. Your focus will be on:

• Enhancing IT and digital capabilities across the entire value chain of corporate financing, leveraging Gen AI to address the nuanced needs of this segment—from product management and sales to operations and risk management.
• Providing strategic leadership not only within your own tribe but also influencing broader business strategies through collaboration with other Tribes in Danske Bank.
• Creating a progressive engineering culture where IT professionals are empowered to deliver and manage their own development within a supportive ecosystem.

This position is anchored in Technology and Services P&BC (T&S), and you will report to the Executive Vice President for Personal & Business Customers, Linda Olsen.

Who are we looking for?
We imagine you to have a solid technical background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, coupled with significant experience in fintech leadership roles, particularly involving agile transformations and Gen AI implementations.

Additionally, we expect you to:

• Understand and apply modern architectural principles, including microservices, containerization, multi-cloud environments, and mobile-first development within a business framework.
• Balance vision, strategy, technology, and business requirements, with a comprehensive approach to architecture and an understanding of the business.
• Have a passion for mentoring and nurturing your team.
• Excel in communicating and engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders, adapting your communication to various technical levels.
• Thrive in agile environments and adapt to new challenges as they arise.
• Be fluent in English (both written and spoken) as this is the company language.

The position can be located in Denmark or Lithuania. If the position is location in Lithuania, the monthly salary range from 7680 - 11520 Euro gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
