Three companies have become one, and we’re shaping the next Nordic GRC leader. To help build our culture, leadership, and ways of working, we’re looking for a VP of People & Culture to guide our people through this exciting transformation.
Backed by Triple Private Equity, we combine legal, IT, and business expertise with cutting-edge SaaS technology to help organizations stay compliant, efficient, and ready to grow. With ~100 employees across multiple locations and bold ambitions across Scandinavia, we are entering a defining chapter.
This role offers a unique opportunity to design the cultural framework, leadership behaviours, and scalable people practices that will define who we become.
More about the role:
- Partnering closely with the CEO and exec team to build a high-performing leadership culture
- Coaching leaders on the fundamentals of team management and collaboration
- Leading the evolution of employee engagement initiatives
- Building a scalable people strategy to support regional growth
- Designing and implementing people initiatives that support organisational growth and maturity
- Acting as a cultural architect, helping define and embed values across the business
- Owning the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and compliance across markets
- Building scalable HR infrastructure to support future expansion
- Advising on organisational design and change management strategies
- Championing diversity, equity and inclusion across the business, ensuring that our workplace reflects our values and ambitions

- A proven people leader who’s helped businesses through change and growth
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Experience working with leadership teams that are still forming
- Someone who brings clarity, calm, and confidence to complex environments
This is a Copenhagen-based role with a strong presence required in the office. You’ll be supported by a small, yet effective People & Culture team, with scope for the structure to evolve as the company grows.
