WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PROACTIVE AND DATA-DRIVEN LOGISTICS CONTROLLER & PROJECT MANAGER TO SUPPORT OUR GLOBAL LOGISTICS!
As our new Logistics Controller & Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective global logistics operations.
In this role, you will help optimize GANNI's logistics by creating strong reporting tools, managing key projects, and ensuring data accuracy across our international network. This is a hands-on, data-driven role in a fast-growing, international fashion brand - perfect for an analytical talent who loves solving complex problems, enjoys streamlining processes, and thrives in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.
YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
You will serve as the analytical backbone of our global logistics, owning cost control, driving data development (Power BI/Excel). Your responsibilities will include:
Logistics Controlling:
- Monitor and analyze inbound, outbound, and warehouse cost performance.
- Maintain and develop KPIs and dashboards to improve transparency.
- Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate logistics data.
- Track and reconcile invoices.
Data & Reporting:
- Develop and enhance reports, tools, and templates in Excel, BI systems, and ERP platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Translate complex logistics data into clear, actionable insights for key teams.
Project Management:
- Drive and support process-improvement projects focused on automation and standardization.
- Coordinate with 3PLs, suppliers, internal teams, and IT to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.
- Document processes, build SOPs, and support change management initiatives.
Operational Support:
- Provide day-to-day support on logistics issues and act as the point of contact for cost or performance-related inquiries.
- Participate in tenders and the evaluation of new service providers.
- Support the Logistics team with ad-hoc analyses and problem-solving.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a successful fit, the following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Excel; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a requirement.
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, finance, or controlling, 1–2 years preferred.
- Familiarity with fashion or consumer goods industries is an advantage, but not mandatory
