We are looking to expand our team with a talented Solutions Architect. This role will put you at the center of designing and implementing the future of Uniify’s customer solutions. We’re on an exciting journey, and we need someone who can help us pave the way by turning business needs into robust and scalable technical setups.

A key team member of Uniify’s Tech & Commercial team
As our new Solutions Architect, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the technical side of the sales and implementation process of our software solution.

Your primary focus will be to:

• Understand customer requirements in depth
• Design the right Uniify based solution and integration architecture
• Implement and configure the solution together with the customer and our internal teams

You will be the direct technical link between Tech, Product, Sales and Customer Success and report directly to the management of these teams.

A little bit about the things you’ll be doing:

• Own technical discovery with customers: Collaborate with customers to understand their unique business needs, workflows and technical requirements and translate them into clear solution designs, integration approaches and implementation plans.
• Design and implement solutions: Configure Uniify, design data flows and set up integrations (e.g. APIs, webhooks and partner integrations) to ensure a smooth and scalable setup.
• Build and prototype: Where needed, build light-weight scripts, mappings or proof-of-concept integrations to validate solutions and accelerate time-to-value.
• Lead technical onboarding and go-lives: Plan and drive the technical part of customer onboarding from kick-off to go-live, including configuration, testing, QA and handover to Customer Success.
• Enable and support Customer Success & Sales: Provide hands-on training to clients and internal teams, demonstrating best practices for using our platform efficiently.
• Be the technical point of contact: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, helping Customer Success address any technical concerns or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product and Engineering to resolve complex issues, provide structured feedback from customers and help drive product improvements.
• Create structure and best practices: Develop implementation playbooks, solution templates, guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability of Uniify’s implementations.

We’ll be a match made in Fintech heaven if…

• You have 3+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g. Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant).
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• You’re comfortable working with APIs, JSON, webhooks and modern SaaS integration patterns.
• You’re comfortable working with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python or similar and can confidently read and tweak scripts when needed.
• You have experience with project management methodologies and tools and can keep multiple stakeholders and workstreams aligned.
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and enjoy translating complex topics into simple language.
• You’re structured, curious and leave no stone unturned when it comes to understanding user needs and turning them into strong solutions.
