IT Support Specialist

At Spirii, we are growing fast, and we want to make sure our team has the best tech experience every day. We are now looking for an IT Support Specialist who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping our tools and devices running smoothly. You will play an important role in supporting our Copenhagen office and making sure new and existing colleagues have everything they need to do great work.

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365. You can help with user accounts, licenses, and issues in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with JAMF for Mac devices. You can set up, manage, and support Mac laptops, apps, and security updates.
  • Strong focus on asset management. You keep track of our hardware and software from purchase to end-of-life.
  • Experience with meeting room tech. You make sure screens, video calls, and sound work well, and you can jump in fast if something breaks during a meeting.
  • Good understanding of access management. You handle user access and permissions in a safe way.
  • You enjoy helping with onboarding and offboarding. You prepare hardware, set up accounts, and make sure new colleagues have a smooth start.
  • First-line support for our internal tools like Jira, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and Zendesk.
  • You respond to support tickets fast and solve hardware, software, and network issues in a simple and helpful way.
  • You keep our IT documentation clear and updated.
  • You care about IT security and follow best practices.
