We’re looking for a Software Developer who loves solving problems, building solutions, and making technology work seamlessly for people and processes. You’ll collaborate with both developers and business teams, making systems run smoother, faster and smarter, while helping create future-ready solutions that empower our customers and users.
Meet the team
The team is divided into two locations, Copenhagen and Aarhus. We work with an agile mindset and Q-Planning, to ensure cohesiveness with the rest of the organization. We support each other with knowledge sharing, development, professional help and jokes and we laugh a lot.

What will you do
- Design, develop, and maintain system-level software, APIs, and integration tools
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to translate business needs to technical solutions
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and security across environments
- Support automation of processes and deployment of pipelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of system designs, processes, and changes
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current systems
Something about you
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Programming skills (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or C/C++). Golang, Git
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of system administration (Linux/Windows) and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practice.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
