Website Manager with experience in optimization and analytics for Business Customers

You will be part of the Strategy Execution and Commercial Excellence team within Business Customers, which consists of 30+ highly skilled colleagues across the Nordic region. In this role, you will join the Commercial Planning & Execution sub-team, which includes four website managers. Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Planners, Data & Analytics team, Sales, Growth team, and colleagues from Marketing, 1:1 Communication, and other key areas of the business.
Key responsibilities – what the role is all about
- Lead experimentation and optimisation: Plan and execute A/B testing , CRO initiatives and personalization efforts to improve website performance, boost traffic, conversion rates, and increase customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Track performance and KPIs and deliver actionable insights: Define relevant KPIs and regularly report on website analytics, customer engagement, conversion rates, and technical performance. Use data to guide decisions and recommend improvements.
- Ensure an intuitive UX, information architecture and navigation:Ensure a seamless and engaging online user experience both for the overall site structure and on a page level that effectively presents products and propositions, while optimising landing pages, user flows, and funnels to convert visitors into customers.
- Team up with stakeholders and specialists: Manage relationships with both internal and external specialists, establishing new partnerships to drive the growth agenda. This includes overseeing tools, platforms, and software that support scaling efforts.
- Enhance governance and efficiency: Enhance website governance processes and improve operational efficiency to ensure we prioritize effort against impact and keep focus on creating a lasting impact.
- Lead generation and nurturing: Collaborate with specialist teams to design, plan, and execute lead generation activities and mechanisms. Develop creative ideas and concepts for attracting and nurturing leads.
- Create and execute our web content strategy and plan for the Business Customers website, aligning with strategic objectives and balancing short-term wins with long-term growth while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, digital marketing initiatives, and stakeholder needs.
- Manage daily operations: Oversee day-to-day management of the website, including content updates, in collaboration with the other website managers.
Qualifications and experience
- +5 years’ experience in website management with proficiency in digital marketing tools focused on content management and optimisation. . (Experience with Sitecore and Adobe is a plus but not a requirement.)
- Analytical skills and the ability to deliver actionable insights: Define and track KPIs that measure the success of your initiatives and installing solid a solid reporting and feedback governance to continuous ensure focus on improving performance.
- Data-driven decision-making: Expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, and personalisation, with a deep understanding of what drives user engagement and conversions.
- Up to date with AI, personalization, martech and digital trends: Strong understanding of the latest digital trends, AI tools, web technologies, and industry developments relevant to business customers. Proven ability to leverage this knowledge to optimise website performance and deliver high-quality results.
- UX and website optimisation expertise: Proficiency in applying UX best practice, improving website structure and information architecture (IA), and working within templates and modules (Design or wireframing skills is not a requirement, but sketching skills is a benefit).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively, manage projects, and set the direction for a website by translating strategic objectives into actionable projects with measurable KPIs. (Experience with Jira is a plus but not required.)
- Marketing acumen and growth focus: Strong understanding of online growth strategies and tactics, with the ability to effectively present complex products and propositions across different segments in a compelling way.
- B2B marketing experience: Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) marketing, lead generation, and content marketing strategies is an advantage but not required.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of web infrastructure, coding, hosting, and integration of third-party tools for BC platforms. Coding skills are not required.
- Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages: Excellent spoken and written English skills as well as Danish, Swedish or Norwegian is required.
