About this role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with a strong financial & analytical acumen to join our dynamic team, supporting the Danish market. Reporting directly to the Finance & Analytics Lead, Denmark, you will be a key partner to the Danish leadership team, helping drive financial planning, strategic planning with operational teams, optimise business performance, and provide impactful analysis across the functional teams.

Your work will be crucial in turning complex data into strategic, actionable insights that shape our commercial success in Denmark.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Provide in-depth financial analysis on business performance, profitability, cost drivers, and revenue trends in the Danish market.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to translate complex data into actionable recommendations to optimise the business.
• Project management skills are a strong enabler in the role, as key stakeholders are widespread across all businesses functions in DK.
• Work closely with the Danish finance and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives, financial forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Develop, maintain, and automate key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for the finance team and wider business stakeholders.
• Partner with the core Finance & Analytics team, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align on business goals and provide data-driven recommendations.

What will you bring to the table?

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Around 3-5 years of proven experience in an Analytics, Strategy or Finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and turn it into strategic insights.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau), SQL (e.g., Google Big Query), and advanced skills in financial modeling (Anaplan/Excel/Google Sheets).
• Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while optimising work processes.
• Experience in collaborating with leadership and business partners, providing clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a strong plus).
