Omada is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to lead our marketing systems, processes, and reporting. This is a full-time position with a reporting line to the Digital Marketing and Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B software company, is highly organized, technically skilled, and enjoys making systems and processes work efficiently to support business goals.
About the role
As the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring Omada’s marketing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure.
You’ll manage one direct report and collaborate closely with our Director of Integrated Campaigns, Field Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations teams to ensure Omada’s marketing technology stack, data, and reporting infrastructure support growth and business insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Pardot, Salesloft, 6Sense, and related tools
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring efficient processes for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting
- Maintain and improve marketing processes such as lead routing, campaign tracking, and data enrichment
- Build and manage reports and dashboards to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to align on funnel metrics and revenue attribution, ensuring seamless data flow between marketing and sales systems
- Work with Campaigns, Digital, and Field Marketing teams to support campaign execution and ensure accurate data capture and reporting
- Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies and integrations that enhance automation, analytics, or campaign effectiveness
- Prepare for and participate in audits and certifications
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying process bottlenecks, testing new approaches, and introducing best practices in marketing operations
- Document marketing operations processes and best practices for internal alignment and consistency
- Coach teammates, participate in yearly targets and goals setting
Required skills and qualifications
:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or revenue operations in a B2B technology environment
- Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing automation systems (Pardot)
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing
- Experience working with Salesforce, particularly in integrating and aligning Pardot and Salesforce data
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using dashboards and performance analytics tools
- Solid understanding of lead management processes, funnel metrics, and data governance
- Experience in process design and documentation to support scalable marketing operations
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and business acumen, with the ability to translate technical detail into strategic insight
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
