We are looking for someone who can design and launch smart learning solutions in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders - You will join our Nordic People & Culture team and work in the Culture & People Development department, alongside the Head of Culture & People Development and another L&D Partner. Your role
You will join our Culture & People Development team, working closely with another L&D Partner, local trainers and your leader (Head of Culture & People Development). Together, you’ll:
- Drive Learning Forward: Identify learning and development needs across the organization and ensure an annual plan that you implement together with leaders
- Lead Projects: Drive L&D projects independently, including creating concepts for talent and leadership development programs
- Optimize Onboarding: Collaborate closely with leaders and your L&D colleague to develop and optimize onboarding processes
- Develop Our LMS: Manage and develop our Learning Management System, adding and updating content and features that make learning accessible and engaging
- Create learning journeys: create, design and launch learning in micro-learning format to larger learning projects
- Be a Connector: Act as a bridge across our Nordic organization, collaborating with key stakeholders, local trainers and external partners to gather insights and deliver impactful solutions
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in learning and development within an organization, including creating, designing and launching learning solutions
- Experience in learning and development, producing e-learnings, supporting instructor led training, potentially also experience with leadership development and talent programs
- You have worked in a company where you built learning solutions from scratch
- Higher education in HR or similar field
- Familiarity with various training methods and tools, both strategic and operational
- Bonus: experience with video, audio, or graphic design for learning content
- Fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language

- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with LMS platforms and system integrations in the background and setting up learnings that promotes a good user experience
- Strong project management skills and ability to work both strategically and operationally
- Curious, innovative, and passionate about creating engaging learning experiences
- A hands-on doer that doesn’t shy away from creating training from scratch, using your expertise in learning methodologies
- Proactive and able to take initiative while knowing when to involve others
- Curious and innovative – you seek new solutions and think outside the box at same time as you have a good sense of the pulse of the organization
- Skilled at engaging learners in a simple yet high-quality way
- A true team player who values collaboration and builds strong relationships
- Comfortable working across Nordic countries and adapting to complexity
