Foodjob Nordic is recruiting on behalf of Atria Group for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager, Export. This is a unique opportunity to join Atria’s newly established Group Export division, where the organisation, structures, and commercial roadmap are still being built.
We are looking for a candidate with a pioneer mindset. Someone who thrives working from a blank sheet, shaping processes, opening new markets, and building customer relationships in regions where Atria wants to grow fast. This role will help drive the company’s international sales growth across Europe and South East Asia and play a key part in strengthening Atria’s global export platform within Foodservice. This is a senior commercial position combining strategic sales leadership, key account management, and market development with a clear focus on profitable growth and long-term customer partnerships.

The Role
As Senior Sales Manager, Export, you will:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in selected international regions
- Lead major international end-users and Foodservice distributors/wholesales
- Expand the Foodservice channel (FS) as a key commercial priority
- Manage pricing, negotiations, contracts, and margin performance
- Take full P&L responsibility for export sales
- Conduct market analysis and identify new commercial opportunities
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, planning, QA, and local Export teams
- Build and maintain long-term B2B customer and distributor relationships
Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in international Foodservice, B2B export, or FMCG
- Proven success in managing large international FS customers and distributors
- Strong commercial and financial understanding (pricing, P&L, negotiation)
- Solid knowledge of trade regulations and export logistics (HACCP, FDA, EU)
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Skilled user of CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP)
- Experience across European and/or Asian markets is an advantage
