You will be working across markets, cultures, and perspectives - in close collaboration with skilled and nice colleagues.

You will be based at the Demant headquarters in Smørum, a half-an-hour S-train ride away from Copenhagen city centre.

The Role
Are you interested in creating high-quality digital experiences?

We are looking for a skilled Web & CRO manager to develop the optimization of our websites in a portfolio of markets. In this role, you will develop strategies and plans for the development of our websites, develop cutting-edge solutions, and optimize the performance of our websites across markets.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with portfolio of markets to optimize web acquisition performance.
• Identify, share and apply best practice cases and solutions across portfolio of markets.
• Develop new web and AI solutions and implement them in your portfolio of markets.
• Develop web content based on web performance and customer insights.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Develop web strategies, roadmaps and implement the Global CRO program.
• Enhance brand presence and optimize content to clearly communicate our value proposition across our websites.
• Project management of relevant projects.
• Sitecore (CMS) support to markets and relevant stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing (3–5 years).
• Interest in new digital possibilities and AI — and you enjoy using them to create smarter, more engaging web experiences.
• Demonstrated experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore experience not required).
• Proficient analytical and data-driven decision-making skills (GA4, GSC, Hotjar etc.).
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities.
• Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative digital solutions and content.
• Clear communicator who can translate results into next steps.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Sitecore.
• Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated industries.
