Would you like to make a difference to our customers within an exciting international context?
We are looking for new colleagues to join our high-performing Customer Resolution team in Kastrup, Denmark!
The job consists of:
You will work as single point of contact for a predefined group of customers and your main tasks will be to ensure excellent customer service by:
- Processing requests received by e-mails and phone
- Following up on orders to ensure KPI’s such as delivery on time and customer satisfaction
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Acting as the global contact on a daily basis to supply management, warehouse, shipping, sales, product management, accounting etc.
- Acting as back-up for your colleagues when needed
- Working together with stakeholders to meet the target dates
- Alignment meetings with internal stakeholders and customers when needed
You will join our team in Kastrup, Denmark, that supports customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
The group is part of a larger group of teams spread across Europe, Asia and the US.
Our telephones are manned from 8.00 to 17.00 on a rotation schedule.
We offer flexible working hours and allow 2 working from home days per week after the onboarding is completed (usually after 2-3 months).

- Previous experience working in the aviation industry and having a technical background would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
- Having experience working with SAP (ERP) and Fresh Desk would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
BUT, most importantly, we are looking for the right PERSON to join our great team of 34 people with 14 different nationalities – a team where we depend on each other to keep performance high.
