Turn data into growth
As a Measurement Solutions Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our clients, guiding them through the complex world of data and technology. You'll be a key player in building our data & analytics capabilities, working closely with Digital Growth, Paid Media and Google Cloud teams to deliver solutions for our clients in Finland and the rest of Europe.

Your mission will include:

• Strategic Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, leading strategic discussions, translating business goals into actionable analytics plans, and presenting solutions to drive client growth. You'll also stay ahead of industry trends and provide a clear picture of how different tech solutions, including Google Cloud and GMP, complement each other
• Client & Project Ownership: Lead client workshops to understand business objectives, then translate those into measurement strategies and implementation plans. Make sure our client’s keep growing through a strong continuous relationship
• Google Analytics & GTM Mastery: Implement, configure, and optimize Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with paid media teams to improve campaign performance and work with our Google Cloud experts on advanced projects.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Dive deep to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Team Building: Contribute to a strong team spirit and collaborative work environment in our European Measurement Department, and with your colleagues in Helsinki.

In this role, you’ll work on a group level across Europe. You’ll join our Measurement team, made up of specialists from different countries, all sharing the same passion for making data come alive and turning numbers into real impact.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has exceptional consulting skills and combines that with a very strong technical background in Digital Analytics, with knowledge in Cloud technology being a big plus. Specifically, we’re looking for:

Technical & industry expertise

• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side)
• Experience with BigQuery / Google Cloud is a big plus
• Solid understanding of data privacy and first-party data best practices
• Understanding of the importance of first-party data and its activation in digital marketing campaigns
• Fundamental understanding of A/B Testing, CRM and CDP systems, as well as Paid Media Platforms for E-Commerce companies

Soft skills & motivation:

• Exceptional English and Finnish communication skills are fundamental, both written and verbal, for collaborating within an international agency and with clients
• Proven ability to consult directly with clients, understand complex business needs, and articulate technical solutions and strategic recommendations clearly to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
• Proven organizational and project management skills
• Excellent presentation skills, both to small groups and large audiences
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
