Your future team:
You will become part of the RockONE team. The team consists of 4 team members and they describe themselves as bringing the future as ONE. The team is a part of a bigger programme that will lead the business transformation across business processes, systems and data initiatives. You’ll be working closely with colleagues across disciplines, regions, and business units to deliver strategic initiatives in a multicultural environment.
What you will be doing:
As a Programme Change Management Lead, you will develop and execute change and change communication strategies that drive awareness and adoption of the programme, projects and initiatives. ROCKWOOL has initiated a global programme to harmonize processes, systems and data.
In this role, you will ensure a smooth change management execution and adoption across the programme and with our local entities (OPCOs).
In this role you will:
- Develop and implement change management strategies: Design and execute change management frameworks that support business transformation and digital efforts.
- Lead the group of change management resources ensuring efficient deliverables across projects to drive the organisational readiness.
- With communication drive effort such as communication plans and clear, engaging, and targeted materials, including presentations, FAQs, and digital content for driving change.
- Own the benefit framework within the programme and drive benefit realisation across projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and functional teams to ensure smooth change adoption and effective knowledge transfer.
- Drive end-user adoption: Support employees and teams through transitions by developing training materials, facilitating workshops, and ensuring readiness for processes and new systems.
- Monitor change impact and feedback: Assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and communication strategies, gathering insights to improve future implementations.
- Own reporting KPIs within the change management strategy
- Ensure collaboration across ROCKWOOL: Act as a key point of contact for Change Management activities, working closely with teams in Digital, Business, and OPCOs.
What you bring:
To be successful in the role, we envision you have,
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience within change management
- Proven experience building and executing change management strategy
- Proven experience managing stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong expertise in leading change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in working in business driven transformation programmes
- Experience working in IT environments and driving end-user adoption.
- Ability to design training and communication materials and facilitate workshops.
- Experience in global organizations, balancing central and local needs
- Experience in SAP transformations (preferred)
- Prosci ADKAR certification (preferred).
