Responsibilities
- Work across disciplines (mechanics, optics, software, electronics) to ensure optimal image quality in advanced camera systems.
- Analyze and optimize the image chain, from detector to final output, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Provide production support and collaborate closely with manufacturing teams.
- Develop and test algorithms and tools for image performance evaluation.
- Interface with hardware and software teams to integrate solutions into embedded systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues without getting stuck—adapt and move forward to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong technical competence and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with MATLAB and Python; knowledge of C/C++ and embedded systems is a plus.
- Understanding of detectors, physics, and image processing fundamentals.
- Experience with both hardware and software development and a system-level mindset.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Location: On-site in Arninge/Täby, Sweden
Security Clearance: Must pass a security background check and be eligible for U.S. export control licenses (ITAR/EAR).
