The Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program stands out for its flexibility and tailored approach, ensuring that your graduate journey is personalized to your ambitions and skills. It is a 2-year program with 3 rotations all focused on giving you hands-on experience in leveraging quantitative analytics for gas trading. From day one, you’ll collaborate with experts, work on impactful projects, and be given autonomy to make a difference.

The Quantitative Analyst Track
In the Quantitative Analyst Track, you’ll explore how data and quantitative analytics drive trading decisions in global energy markets. You will dive into market fundamentals, trading data and forecasting models, turning insights into strategies that directly impact trading performance.
As a Quantitative Analyst Graduate, you will:
- Support trading decisions: Work side-by-side with trading teams, ensuring that your insights translate quickly into trading decisions.
- Transform data into action: Identify opportunities in the market through mathematics, statistical models and commercial reasoning, helping shape both short- and long-term strategies.
- Develop and refine models: Build, test, and improve models that forecast market movements and support automated trading approaches.
- Contribute to team success: Share insights and knowledge across teams, working together with experienced colleagues to solve complex challenges and drive trading performance forward.
About you
You are passionate about energy markets and motivated by the challenge of turning analysis into real commercial impact. You combine strong analytical problem-solving skills with a curious commercial mindset. You’re curious by nature, eager to learn, and motivated by the idea of becoming an expert in your field. You thrive when given responsibility, and you’re excited about working closely with others to create solutions that push the business forward. You communicate proactively when collaborating with stakeholders and understand that unity is the key to success.
Moreover, you:
- Have completed a Master’s or PhD in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field in 2025 or 2026.
- Might have experience with coding in Python and R
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it is our corporate language
