As our Senior Project Manager, Process Transformation, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting process transformation projects within Sales and Engineering operations, ensuring global alignment across functions, divisions, and business units in Danfoss Power Solutions. You’ll collaborate with Divisional/Multi-Divisional Sales and cross-functional teams, acting as a consultant and project lead, and take ownership of process standardization, transformation, and automation, helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead process transformation projects to standardize and optimize sales-related processes globally.
• Act as a consultant expert, supporting process improvement initiatives and coaching stakeholders.
• Contribute to developing best-practice tools and processes within the End-to-End Process Team.
• Identify and execute projects with high Return On Investment, focused on increasing profitable sales and reducing cost-to-serve.
• Facilitate global virtual teams and ensure strong stakeholder engagement throughout transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a global sales organization, with a proven track record of successfully leading process transformation and continuous improvement projects.
• At least 2 years of experience working with global teams; direct management experience is a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of executing global commercial strategies and sales and commercial operations processes, ideally within mixed OEM/distribution channel models.
• Proven project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross functional projects from initiation to completion .
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16 949) and their practical application to sales and commercial processes.
• Proven ability to conduct current state analysis, design future-state processes, and develop tactical implementation plans as part of a structured project management approach.
• Excellent ability to connect with and coach people at all levels, with strong stakeholder and change management capabilities.
• Skilled in MS Office, MS Teams and familiar with digital platforms such as SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, Teamcenter PLM.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
