Category Coordinator - ECCO HQ, Tønder

You’ll join our Category Management team, currently 25 members strong and expanding. As the core of ECCO’s product-led organisation, we influence the entire value chain from early product creation to commercial execution. It’s a dynamic, high-paced environment with a strong can-do mindset, where collaboration and solution-orientation are key. As this role is operational and hands-on, you’ll work on-site full-time to stay close to the action.

Play a pivotal role in shaping collections that reach consumers worldwide
In this role, you’ll ensure flawless execution across seasonal processes, sample handling, and showroom readiness. You’ll work closely with Product and Commercial Specialists, acting as a trusted link between Category Management, Design, and Development teams. Your efforts will make cross-team coordination easier and boost efficiency across the board.

Specifically, you will:

• Coordinate seasonal sample operations, from receiving and labelling to shipping and tracking.
• Keep HQ showrooms presentation-ready for reviews, regional visits, and key account meetings.
• Support seasonal calendar milestones by preparing materials, samples, and overviews on time.
• Maintain accurate PLM updates and consolidate trend inputs to support category decisions.
• Help deliver well-orchestrated partner visits that leave a lasting impression.

You are the trusted coordinator who powers global product journeys
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys being the go-to person for coordination. Ideally, you have:

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PLM systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach.

Experience in product coordination, merchandising, or category management support is a plus, and familiarity with footwear or fashion industry processes will give you an edge.
