Join us in this role where you’ll help strengthen Ørsted’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework, making the business more resilient against risks in an increasingly complex and ever-changing world.

You’ll be part of of the Enterprise Risk Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will responsible for driving the approach to managing and controlling risk for the company, through our Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and for reporting on material risks to senior management and Board. In this role, you’ll be involved in supporting on key initiatives to further strengthen and implement our Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate and work closely with many of our stakeholders across the business, in all stages of the value chain and all regions.
As a team, we we work in a highly collaborative way, supporting each other to develop and learn through a wide variety of tasks. We develop as a team, making use of each team member’s skillsets and as individuals,
You’ll play an important role in:
- strengthening and automating our ERM processes, tools, and reporting
- driving and supporting on ERM initiatives to embed standards across the organisation as well as providing guidance to stakeholders
- supporting awareness activities that build risk management capability and a strong risk culture across the company.
To succeed in the role, you:
- hold an academic degree in risk management, business administration or management, economics, engineering or similar
- have experience with risk management frameworks in a large organisation
- have advanced PowerPoint skills, and can turn complex information into simple, impactful slides.
- work well with others and can coordinate activities across different teams and stakeholders
- are structured, systematic and comfortable working with data and details
- are proactive and adaptable, taking ownership and delivering in a changing environment
- have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to tailor approach and present complex information to broad audiences.
