We are expanding our production site in Asnæs, and you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Motivate, inspire and secure a safe working environment
We are in the last phase of commissioning our big investment at our production site in Asnæs, which will double our production capacity. So far, the project has been safely managed, and we want to continue this approach as the role of HSE Specialist transforms into the next phase, overseeing all Health, Safety and Environmental topics at the new production site, utilising your experience in this field in close collaboration with our H&S Manager.

Your role is crucial to maintaining the safety of our colleagues and the environment

• Daily risk evaluation related to any activities at the site
• Health, safety and environmental instructions to all employees, internal and external, at the site
• Coordinate, lead and document daily Safety meetings/actions
• Conduct safety walks at the site
• Coordinate, lead and document environmental topics and actions
• Track performance indicators such as energy consumption, waste generation and emissions in close collaboration with the global sustainability team

Ability to create commitment and work interdisciplinary
As a person, you have a positive and inspiring attitude towards your tasks and your surroundings. The role requires an individual who is unflustered and can oversee details even when situations become intense. You are an experienced influencer and role model for health, safety and environment, you have solid communication skills and are good at building relationships and building trust at different organizational levels. Additionally, you have the structure to create an overview based on relevant details, which you are capable of communicating to relevant stakeholders.

We believe that you have:

• An educational background in health, safety, environment or a related field. Lack of formal education can be compensated for by longer relevant experience
• At least 2 years of work with HSE in the manufacturing business
• Knowledge or experience working with ISO14001 and ISO18001
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Advanced ability in Microsoft Office, IA (or similar)
