WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Own advanced programmatic operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standards and deliver measurable business results.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across various programmatic platforms and formats, tailoring tactics to client goals while ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
  • Perform advanced optimization tasks, utilizing tools and techniques, such as custom bidding, audience segmentation, or dynamic creative to maximize performance. Support internal teams with audits and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with the Group Programmatic Lead to facilitate training sessions and upskilling initiatives in Sweden, ensuring the team remains equipped with the latest programmatic knowledge and practices.
  • Develop and test innovative solutions, exploring new platforms, ad tech capabilities, and optimization strategies to enhance deliverables and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Keep on top of industry development and oversee local publisher communication, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with group-level programmatic initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, providing technical expertise, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a growth-oriented team culture.
  • Support programmatic development in Sweden, advancing operational standards and local expertise while championing best practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 3 years of experience working in the programmatic field.
  • Deep expertise in DV360 & CM360, but also good knowledge outside of the GMP product portfolio (e.g. Adform, Xandr, TheTradeDesk, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data across both marketing & analytics platforms (e.g. GA4).
  • Curiosity in testing and developing new solutions across programmatic platforms and media types to advance operational excellence and client results.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio) and ability to present insights in an engaging and understandable manner.
  • Drive in crafting and applying effective testing tactics to discover innovative angles to boost campaign effectiveness.
  • Proficient in communicating complex ideas clearly, both in presentations and through collaborative discussions.
  • Strong mentoring skills, with a focus on sharing knowledge and fostering a learning environment.

Arbejdspladsen har lige nu 25 medabejdere med videregående uddannelsesbaggrund. I sidste periode ansatte de 12 færdiguddannede samt 8 studerende og praktikanter.
