Finance Assistant

As a Finance Assistant at our headquarters in Frederikshavn, you will work across the organization and be a key sparring partner. You will become part of a well-functioning team where trust, respect, and a strong sense of community are highly valued.

Your Responsibilities:

  • General bookkeeping management
  • Recording daily financial transactions in NAV
  • Handling travel expense reports
  • Accounts receivable management, including posting payments
  • Accounts payable and purchase invoices
  • Payments and banking
  • Balance reconciliation (including payroll accounts, fixed assets, bank, and VAT)
  • Reporting to authorities (VAT, Intrastat, Denmark Statistics, etc.)
  • Varios ad hoc tasks

These tasks are already being handled today, but we need extra hands to support the team.

Your professional skills:

  • You have strong professional skills and hold a relevant higher education degree.
  • You have broad knowledge of bookkeeping tasks.
  • You are a proficient Excel user.
  • You have solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and possibly the sub-modules Document Capture and Jobmanager.
  • You have +5 years of practical experience.

  • You are solution-oriented, even when things get difficult.
  • You are self-driven and motivated with a high energy level
  • You communicate in a clear and positive manner.
  • You are attentive to detail and work systematically and structured.
