Moldex is an international company with 400 employees in eight (8) regions/markets in Europe.

Are You currently working as a Sales Manager, Category Manager, Product Manager or in a similar role in a relevant industry, ready to take the next step?
Then this might be Your chance! MOLDEX are looking for a new General Manager for the Nordic region - a male or female General Manager probably in his or her 40's is a ONE vision we have, but this is not an absolute necessity. We have other thoughts as well of course!

As General Manager Nordic you are responsible for the markets in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Island, Finland and report to our CEO in Germany.
The Nordic HQ is situated in Helsingborg, Sweden.
As our new GM you are responsible for the well being of our 3-4 employees in the region, for our relationships with customers/partners and for making sure that we obtain a sustainable sales growth as well as for our brand and for the results in the Nordic region.

You will be a role model and lead your employees in the field as well as in the office. You will lead in a cooperative and motivating way, ensuring the teams development.
You will support operational sales activities and maintain an open and trusting communication style. Together with your team, you will develop sales concepts to place our products in the specialized trade, promote them to end customers and thus ensure sustainable sales growth. You analyze the dynamic situation on the PPE market with foresights to make the right decisions for the future.

The position may very well be filled in the fall, but we are in no hurry since our new General Manager for the Nordic region will most likely not start until January of 2024 or even at a later stage.


  • Some leadership experience in a medium-sized or small company, preferably within sales of quality products (B2B)
  • Experience from selling thru wholesalers and retailers.
  • Experience in the commercial aspect of business (marketing and PR)
  • Enjoy dealing with people and the understanding that employees need individual guidance
  • Understanding and experience of getting the big picture AND having an interest in the details.
  • A good common sense and a can-do attitude.
  • A flexible and agile mindset
  • Excellent communications skills in Swedish and in English.
  • A valid, Swedish driver's license (B)


  • Successful sales experience in the safety industry or even in the PPE industry.
  • Experience of working with consumable industrial products
  • Experience of developing a successful sales force
  • Presence and being able to motivate and stimulate the employees


  • Reporting to one of the two Managing DIrectors of Moldex Europe
  • You will be responsible for the sustainable growth of sales and market shares in the Nordic countries
  • Work in a team environment - to motivate and encourage
  • Conduct sales meetings and training for national and local distributors in the Nordic region.
  • Strengthen our brand in your region
