Join our dynamic Sourcing team at emagine. Our Sourcing department is filled with diverse talent and experiences, and we're looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to help boost our growth even more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive database searches and proactively source top-tier business and IT consultants.
- Screen CVs and match IT professionals to client requirements.
- Regularly update and maintain our extensive database of over 17,000 freelance consultants.
- Engage in development and optimization projects that contribute to emagine's growth.

Qualifications:
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Strong self-discipline and responsibility for production and delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to balance speed and quality in delivery.
- Native proficiency in Danish (verbal and written) and strong English skills.
- A genuine passion for IT and emerging technologies.
