IT Manager - Cloud Services

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Manager to lead and drive the expansion of our Cloud Services team. As a crucial part of our Cloud Managed Services division, you will significantly oversee the cloud build and operation team. This includes managing the Infrastructure as a Code team, focusing on areas such as security, performance, scalability, and automation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Cloud Services team, setting clear goals and overseeing performance
• Develop and maintain strategies for Cloud Infrastructure and Services, focusing on performance, cost management, security, scalability, and automation
• Drive adoption of Cloud Infrastructure, participate in sales campaigns, and provide technical architecture expertise for IaaS, MS, and SaaS
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code to enhance orchestration and provide self-service capabilities for the Cloud Ops team
• Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to plan and execute new initiatives
• Design and build a Cloud Automation framework, driving optimization and automating recurring issues
• Establish strong relationships with global stakeholders and collaborate with AeVen delivery centers
• Supervise and guide direct reports, manage workload, development, and performance
• Encourage innovation, support change, and ensure employee growth and equity
• Collaborate with HRBP to ensure compliance with HR processes, including performance management and retention
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and address any team issues or conflicts promptly

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Solid technical background in Cloud services (Azure/AWS) with responsibility for automation engineering within the Cloud Centre of Excellence
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a diverse team of junior and senior members
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, including familiarity with business metrics, best practices, and benchmarks
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and Agile methodologies
• Experience in IT Operations and IT Outsourcing environment
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and their measurement
• Ability to thrive in an international work environment
• Proactive approach to ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration
• Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and receptiveness to new ideas
